We are currently hiring for the following Part-Time and Full-Time positions:
- Community Support Specialist
- Temporary Supplemental Services
- Marriage & Family Therapist
- Therapy: Counseling / Family Support
- Specialized Skill Development
- Systematic Skill Building
- Marriage & Family Therapist (Therapy: Counseling / Family Support)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master of Arts or Sciences in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Must be in good standing and licensed as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW with the Pennsylvania BBS
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding theories and practices of the therapeutic process, and Law and Ethics.
- Basic understanding of basic computer program, and have experience documenting assessment and progress notes.
- Experience working with individual with autism and their families.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with couples.
- Experience providing clinical supervision.
- Bilingual Therapist

License:
- Licensed with the state as either LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or PhD. (Required)
- Behavioral Specialist Services
Individuals furnishing Behavioral Specialist Services must meet the following qualifications prior to service provision:
Hold a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
OR a Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis OR an MA/MS with 50% or more coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
OR an MA/MS in a human services field related to Social Work, Psychology or Education (and is housed in the institution’s Department or School of Social Work, Psychology, or Education) with 33% or more coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
Complete training in conducting and using a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and in positive behavioral support
The training must be provided by either the BAS or by an accredited college or university
If this training was not provided by the BAS, BAS must review and approve the course description
Complete required training developed by the BAS regarding BSS for people with ASD and other trainings required for the Behavioral Specialist Service
If transporting a participant, have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Systematic Skill Building
Individuals furnishing Systematic Skill Building must meet the following qualifications prior to service provision:Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Social Work, Psychology or Education
OR at least a BA/BS in a human services field related to Social Work, Psychology or Education
OR at least a BA/BS in another field AND 3 years’ experience directly supporting individuals with ASD in the community
Complete required training developed or approved by BAS regarding services for people with autism spectrum disorders and other trainings required for the Systematic Skill Building service
If transporting participants, have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Community Support
Individuals furnishing Community Support must meet the following qualifications prior to service provision:
Be at least 18 years oldIf transporting participants, have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Have at least a high school degree or equivalent
Complete required training developed or approved by BAS regarding services for people with autism spectrum disorders and other trainings required for the Community Support service
- Respite
Provider Qualifications:
Individuals furnishing this service must meet the following qualifications prior to service provision:
- Be age 18 or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- If transporting participants, have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Complete required training developed or approved by the Bureau of Autism Services regarding services for people with autism.
